A man accused of raping a 16-month-old child in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee is now in custody.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation tweeted Sunday afternoon that 33-year-old Simon Porter was located and arrested in Scottsboro, Alabama.
The TBI added Porter to its Top 10 Most Wanted List on Thursday.
