Restoring Victims To facilitate restoring victims to a path of health and wholeness: We respond to requests from federal, state and local law enforcement to provide for the urgent and immediate needs of newly rescued victims. Such aid includes lodging, transportation, furnishings, phones, medical care and meeting other needs. We hold events and home parties that increase awareness of the plight of victims and where products are offered for sale that are made by former victims who are now learning new skills and learning to earn a living.
